Time of manufacturing - 90 days

The set doesn't include: Coal-fuelled boiler, 600 000 kcal, steam - 2 tons/hour. It is possible to order gas-fuelled boiler. Finished water pool, 6 m3. Circulating water pool, 160 m3 .

Naphta is used as solvent. It is necessary to use solvent -2 tons/cycle. The solvent's gases are accumulated in the tower to be fed to free gas condeser and return to the cycle. The solvent's losses are 3 kg/1000 kg of oil  Stone absorber operated on built-in fan Dirty water (200-300 kg/day) is poured out to sewage. The water from the pool is used for cooling the equipment, operating with the solvent . Pressed skins after first squeezing return for the second squeezing and then they are stored in tanks and boxes. In China pressed skins are used as feed for pigs  . The equipment has emergency stop system . Fire-fighting system has foam fire extinguishers and sand boxes
